Joining The Rockland Group in 2025, Ashley brings to the firm a strong background in managing and optimizing the operational efficiency of various establishments. With a proven track record in scheduling, financial management, and event coordination, Ashley has consistently ensured compliance with regulations while fostering a productive work environment.
From her experience at Keesler Air Force Base and Andrews Air Force Base, she had continued to develop her natural skillsets. She enjoyed the opportunities to contribute to morale of Airmen and their families though community engagement through planning events and activities. During her time at Andrews Air Force Base, she also led the administrative team through a significant transition from paper to electronic systems.
Outside of the office, Ashley can be found enjoying as much time as she can with her daughter.
