Janine joined The Rockland Group in 2023 bringing with her a career long focus in customer relationships. Her prior career working with the general public, in regards to, their tax questions helped hone her problem-solving skills. She enjoys the process of researching and delving deeper into her resources to find the best solutions to incoming queries. Her innate empathy, patience, and desire to resolve concerns provided the natural transition into the firm and into her role as Client Liaison. Janine’s experience in assisting with the start up and ongoing administration of a small family business is an asset when working with clients who are also business owners. She shares the entrepreneurial mindset and finds it beneficial when working with clients in similar situations. She has a proactive nature and innate desire to make every effort to complete client needs in a timely manner. She understands, that for many clients, time is of the essence for certain requests. Janine earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and Administration. She plans to continue building her knowledge base in the industry by participating in training sessions, courses, and classes provided by the firm and Equitable. When out of the office, she is still quite busy. She can usually be found shuttling her children to activities and being super mom to a young family. Janine lives in the Pocono Mountains with her husband, three children, and two energetic dogs. Janine Sicher provides administrative support services only
