Executive Assistant
In 2023, Karen joined The Rockland Group – Wealth Management, LLC as Executive Assistant to four Senior Partners. She draws upon her experience in the field of education as an educator, as well as her time in School Administration. One of the natural strengths that drew her to education, and now in her role at Rockland is her ability to guide and support others as they work towards their goals. She enjoys being a resource in the journey of client’s financial future. Karen’s science background contributes to her ability to analyze a situation and find the best solutions. Daily, she is presented with a plethora of different types of questions or scenarios. She enjoys the process of helping clients and Advisors find the best course of action and implement the necessary steps. Getting to know those who work with the firm is another joy she finds in her role. As she progresses in her tenure, she looks forward to building relationships and sharing in the experience of client’s reaching their various financial milestones. Karen is not only a gifted educator, but a lifelong learner. Throughout her career she has continued her education by obtaining the advanced degrees of Master of Education in Chemistry Education and Master of Science in Education Administration. She naturally will continue building her knowledge as she continues her growth with the firm.
