In 2025, Kayla joined The Rockland Group as Practice Manager to the West Reading location, working closely with Jesse Thomas. Contributing to the firm’s dedication to innovative financial planning- she brings a proficiency in optimizing organizational strategies, streamlining concise communication, and fostering transformative client experiences. Her role involves leveraging her skillset to enhance the firm’s operational efficiency, ensuring that client interactions and take-aways are impactful.
Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts awarded by Cedar Crest College in 2022. This academic foundation, combined with her diverse work experience in digital marketing as well as various assistant roles, provides a unique perspective to her work. It has cultivated her ability to connect with clients through effective internal and external communicative strategies. Kayla is passionate about creatively conveying complex information in an engaging manner that resonates with the audience. In this role, she aims to further the excellence of The Rockland Group by contributing to the authentic growth of the client experience.
