Ramona works as her husband's, Robert DiNicola, executive assistant. As Robert's practice became more demanding, as it grew over time and out of pure necessity, Ramona started as an assistant to Robert. She began working full time in this role in 1993 after their third child was born.
Ramona quickly learned all the facets of the detail-orientated parts of Robert's business practice such as: client paperwork, client services, and follow-up. Additionally, she has become proficient in software, technical knowledge, and licensing obligations such as handling all of Robert's requirements and compliance rudiment.
Over the years, Ramona has become an enormous asset as a client's friend. She cares about each client and talks with them regularly while she builds a long-lasting relationship with each one.
