Katie joined The Rockland Group team in 2021 bringing with her a skillset centered on providing organizational strategies for the day to day running of a professional office. Her strong ability to multi-task allows her to balance what she enjoys best – being a resource to clients of the firm. Her primary focus are the needs of those who call Robert McFarland, Gerald Miletics, and Kevin Brettell their Advisor. Working within both large and small companies, Katie has honed her organizational skills within her roles in areas of payroll, human resources, and scheduling for employees working at jobsites across the country. She found her love of assisting others in her experience with retail clients who have unique requests for their rare coin and currency collections. She learned she enjoyed delving into client's specific needs and providing the medium for them to round out their collections. In her career evolution, Katie's strengths have had her travel to other states as a team leader helping start up operations for the parent company where she worked. While Katie was building her experience, she was also earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from DeSales University. Outside the office, you can find Katie enjoying the outdoors in the Pocono mountains either playing with her dogs, dirt biking, or hiking.
